Primary Responsibilities:- Support cross-functional groups and location
- Contact Vendors/Suppliers to obtain requested information
- Process routine Service, Capital and Turnaround orders
- Maintain ISNetworld Account - Approved Manufacturing Suppliers
- Coordinates the return of all excess Turnaround materials procured via consignment program
- Coordinates return of Turnaround materials obtained on a purchase order
- Assist the Turnaround Cost Tracking Team with Invoices and Accruals
Job Requirements:- BS or BA Undergraduate Degree in Business Procurement-related field, or Supply Chain Management
- 2 to 5 years procurement experience
- Skilled in using MS Office products
- Functional knowledge of SAP R3 or higher
- Strong problem-solving, and effective communication skills (both oral and written)
- Strong Project Management skills; highly organized with attention to detail and accuracy
- Flexible working schedule
