Partner with the best

Within our multi-cultural team, you will be building relationships with internal cross-functional teams, customers, and industry stakeholders to identify sales opportunities and maximize profit and working closely with Marketing Campaign Leaders to complete targeted inside sales campaigns.

As an Insides Sales - Lead Development Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Providing excellent customer service with customer-focused approach, generating and handle customer interest and detect demand
  • Providing the necessary support and guidance to several business units, ensuring inside sales strategy is aligned with business direction
  • Providing well-defined leads to sales managers (inbound/outbound/virtual events etc.)
  • Promoting the company products and services to business partners and clients
  • Following up sales opportunities and support the field work of sales managers
  • Using social selling tools, enhancing customer contact list, engaging new customers & target specific account through campaigns with the support of Account-based Marketing


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Bachelors' Degree or several years of relevant working experience
  • Have full professional proficiency in English and German
  • Have well developed marketing, commercial and negotiation skills
  • Be proficient end-user IT skills including MS Office/Outlook + Salesforce/SFDC (preferred)
  • Have experience in using social selling tools such as LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
