As a Customer Care Specialist, you will be responsible for:
  • Responding to customer needs for quotes, coordinating response if a request is different from the standardized offers
  • Handling standardized products with pre-defined options. Handling incoming Purchase orders
  • Working with local Sales Managers to ensure timely quote, order handling. Handling targeted clients and regions
  • Interfacing with Supply Chain & Engineering to coordinate shipments of material to meet customers’ requirements
  • Co-ordinating service/goods inwards andother departments as necessary to coordinate the return of material for repair or restock
  • Where necessary, effectively enter customer’s data, agreements, return authorizations, training registrations, sales orders and invoices in a timely fashion with focus on eliminating errors; using departmental service goals and objectives as a guideline to required performance

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a university degree in related field
  • Be an expert in Customer Care processes and systems
  • Demonstrate good experiencie in sales
  • Have proven experience in managing cross-functional teams, overseeing complex problems
  • Have excellent communication skills, also in English, when dealing with external and internal customers and stakeholders
  • Have a good interpersonal skills
  • Be a good team player and display good communication skills with fluency in English
