This position is responsible for supporting the Smart Meter program and the Operations controls team. This position supports physical and digital infrastructure needs, networking and application design, integration and delivery.

The internship work term will be from April 1st, 2021 - on or around October 1st, 2021, 10 hours per week minimum. Additional hours/weeks may be available based on business needs and will be discussed in advance with your supervisor.

Must be currently enrolled as a student at OSU

What you'll do:
  • Develop interfaces between ongoing projects and programs and data collection systems
  • Collaborate with program managers and the operations team to support networking and controls projects.
  • Manage, collect, export, and analyze energy data and identify ways to incorporate data into projects.
  • Support application development team from internal code and design phase, to customer facing platform.
  • Carries out other duties as assigned.

What you bring:

  • Ability to meet highest attendance requirements.
  • Ability communicate effectively, both written and verbally.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments on a timely basis with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Ability to use personal computer, calculator, etc.
  • Must be currently enrolled at Ohio State University.
