As an Inspection - QC II, you will be responsible for:

· Inspecting parts, assemblies, subassemblies and test reports / certifications to drawings and specifications.

· Initiating non-conformance reports (NCR) on all nonconforming parts and assemblies. Ensure that parts meet quality control procedures, engineering specifications and customer requirements.

· Initiating corrective action requests (CAR) when conditions adverse to quality are repetitive in nature.

· Completing, inspecting and distributing all quality records and documents.

· Performing specialized testing as required (i.e. Helium Leak Test, XRF, etc...)

· Reading, interpreting and applying drawing requirements, specifications, procedures and any other technical requirements

· Identifying continuous improvement opportunities and lead initiatives to implement improvements

· Participating in Quality System and Process audits

· Maintaining and ensuring proper calibration of Inspection, Measuring and Test Equipment (IMTE)

· Using advanced inspection equipment

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a High School Diploma & +3 of experience in a mechanical area.
  • Mechanical inspection background.
  • Show proficient knowledge in reading and interpreting blue print.
