You will be primarily responsible for...
... you have interest in facilitating the successful completion of HUD Phase I ESAs.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other job-related duties may be assigned in conformance with state and federal regulations.
- Coordinate State Historic Preservation Office (SHPO) reviews (sending requests, receiving responses, documenting sending and receipt of letters)
- Identifying and tracking sources of the following data in each state:
- Traffic Counts
- Coastal Zone Management
- Oil and Gas Wells
- Pipeline routes
- Writing letters to fire departments regarding tank safety verification for Explosive/Flammable Hazards. Tracking responses and following up with the fire departments.
- Following-up on requests to local agencies submitted by Project Managers, if necessary.
- Build a knowledge of HUD Scopes of Work and information required to successfully deliver ESAs and PCAs to completion.
- Protects operations by keeping company information confidential.
- Delivers outstanding customer service through timely response and proactive solutions to client needs.
- Demonstrates BV's guiding principles in support of the company's strategic goals.
- Follows all documented policies, Standard Operating Procedures, and Work Instructions applicable to the position and in support of BV's quality standards.
- Maintains safe and clean work area by complying with all procedures, rules, and regulations.
- May be required to work overtime with prior authorization from supervisor.
- Ability to work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's degree from four-year college or university preferred; High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Experience with supporting an operational unit; Strong scheduling and logistics coordination experience; Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Internet research.

Other Qualifications: Excellent verbal and written communications skills; Excellent ability to prioritize; Good attention to detail and deadlines; Good time management skills including ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
