As a Key Account Director Mining - APAC, you'll responsible for customer expansions in Industrial/mining sectors and lead as local point for regional interface with the customer, looking for innovative commercial models to monetize product/technology portfolio solutions. You will be expected to have customer facing responsibilities and work across Product Companies, Alliances & Regions to build a cohesive strategy and develop robust relationships.

As a Key Account Director Mining, you will be responsible for:
  • Being the initial Strategic Accounts Director for the Mining industry to ensure integrity as the underlying value and way of doing business across the organization in the APAC region
  • Studying Baker Hughes portfolio applicable for the Mining segment in the APAC region, and assess the market in monetary terms to define market value and targeted market share
  • Targeting and build up network of key stakeholders, relationships at operational and top leadership level with customers to generate business opportunities for BH Product companies
  • Understanding corporate strategy and long-term investments programs of customers with respect to energy transition and decarbonization areas to create business opportunities for Baker Hughes
  • Evaluating business market opportunities, contribute to the development of a Growth Playbook for the APAC region Advise Baker Hughes on business risks, security, compliance.
  • Identifying potential local partners required to support Baker Hughes activities & develop relations/tie-ups or local business partnerships


Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Engineering, Marketing or Business
  • Have a minimum of 5 years in mining/industrial sector-related engineering, sales and/or marketing including in a customer-facing role
  • Have established industry contacts and network within major mining organizations.
