Join our Enterprise Security Team

Our Cyber Fusion Center (CFC) consists of a global team that manages all cyber security related incidents across the company. Our team's greatest responsibility is the protection of our people, our workplaces, our communities and the continuity of our business. CFCs mission is to provide immediate and efficient monitoring and response to cyber security incidents ranging from intrusions, malware, DDoS, unauthorized access, insider attacks and loss of information. We think strategically, execute programs locally and build resilience globally.

Lead a team that keeps us safe and secure

As an Executive you will be responsible for leading the CFC Team, forensic investigations and covering cyber monitoring detection of indicators of compromise and managing third-party solution providers for managed services. You will be collaborating with peer teams within CSRC, Digital Technology, headquarters, and product companies to identify and implement technical improvements.

As an Executive - Cyber Security, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing an effective team dedicated to fulfilling our mission through highly successful program implementation, team engagement, and continuous improvement to create a culture of transparency and communication
  • Optimizing performance, quality and cost of the delivery function by defining and implementing proper resourcing, offshoring scope and utilization to increase automation and process efficiency
  • Leading the response to security threats for the collection and analysis of digital evidence and ensuring all incidents are recorded and tracked to meet audit, compliance and legal requirements.
  • Acting as the service owner for related technologies and services to lead and focus the daily operational responsibilities
  • Co-ordinating with local cross-functional teams and other service providers to resolve incidents quickly and efficiently


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have considerable experience within the Cyber Security Industry with subject matter experience in full incident response life cycle, cyber threat monitoring etc on premise and in cloud environments
  • Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, collaboration, presentation and negotiation skills to lead an environment driven by customer service and teamwork
  • Have a convincing strategic vision, attention to detail and a track record of successful delivery of business objectives
  • Demonstrable ability to present complex solutions and methods to a general community and experience with working on global teams across time zones, cultures and languages.
  • Have 24 x 7 operations experience
  • Flexibility to travel up to 20% of the time, as required
  • Have legal authority to work in the United States
