Job Description

Role Summary

The Lead ABM Specialist is responsible for planning and executing a multitude of marketing programs (e.g., account intelligence gathering, demand creation, reputation support and sales enablement) - in agreed-upon global strategic accounts, large named accounts and industry accounts - to support sales goals.

Responsibilities
  • Prioritize and group accounts by common attributes
  • Leads their respective market segments ABM for all of Digital Solutions and for the company as a whole
  • Oversee offer creation and determine the optimal tactic mix for industry accounts
  • Understand and analyze account portfolio makeup, including how key accounts contribute to overall industry revenue, as well as prioritizing industry sub-verticals
  • Work with functions in sales and marketing to define and establish workflows (e.g., campaign personalization and execution, lead hand-offs)
  • Partner with operations to provide ongoing data and insight into industry accounts from internal and external sources to drive relevance and timely execution
  • Execute marketing programs on behalf of sales, and demonstrate to reps how to execute program elements on their own
  • Provide light customization of campaigns according to analysis of buyer needs and industry trends (e.g. regulatory environment)
  • Work with digital teams to conduct A/B testing of messaging to improve response and conversion rates
  • Determine which internal marketing campaigns and assets to leverage for industry-account engagement planning
  • Evaluate, select and manage outside vendors (e.g. technology partners, data providers and agencies) that may contribute to industry-account marketing
  • Manage and adhere to budget allocation
  • Partner with sales operations to establish, forecast and report against key success metrics


Background/Experience
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Minimum 3-5 years of B2B marketing experience, including two years specializing in the relevant
  • Bachelor's degree required
  • Delivering business results through integrated, multitouch campaigns and programs at an industry level
  • Demonstrated understanding of key issues related to the relevant industries
  • Campaign management and demand creation processes
  • Insight gathering and analysis from multiple internal and external data sources (e.g., data providers, social analysis, engagement scores)
  • Usage of MAPs and SFA systems, including orchestrating, customizing and executing campaigns, and tracking and measuring performance using dashboards
  • Budget management
  • Demonstrated creative capabilities (e.g., writing and/or design) to drive personalization and relevance
  • Working with multiple marketing and sales functions to deliver superior results
