OBM have an exciting opportunity for a General Manager to join our client's Operations in Aberdeen. The compay specialise in providing technical training solutions to the oil & gas industry. This role has full operational and P&L accountability for the North Sea & American business units and will be responsible for driving profitable operational growth, and the development and implementation of a clear strategic plan to reinforce the company as the training provider of choice.
Management and development of a team of technical experts
Developing the client and consumer experience to maximise brand loyalty
Identification of business development opportunities and introduction of new products to expand business offering
Delivery of measurable weekly/monthly/annual KPI's and producing a robust commercial pipeline of opportunities
Reduction of non-value-added activities through collective process mapping and project leading improvement activities
Utilisation of past course trends and future forecasting to ensure appropriate resource levels and course availability to maximise revenue streams
