JOB TITLE: Senior Systems Analyst

Duties: Lead the design, development, implementation and support of various Oracle HRMS applications modules to meet business, informational, and technical needs. Transform business requirements into well-designed solutions that meet business needs. Identify potential problems and recommend solutions to the most complex design scenarios. Provide programming estimates, deliver well-documented program code, and prepare code in accordance with Nabors designs and development standards. Interface with business analysts to clarify requirements, and deliver end-to-end solution for complex solutions and development/design tasks including identifying the issue, design, configuration, development and testing. Provide production Support of all aspects of Oracle HRMS Applications. Collaborate effectively with vendor support to resolve Service Request ("SR") issues. Provide solutions that integrate the custom application environments, business processes and third party applications. Lead feasibility analysis for new systems/applications including understanding implications for the current and future architecture to determine how applications and processes can be improved. Serve as a technical resource on projects that involve multiple technologies, great operational or implementation risks, complex business functionality, and broad implications for the business and/or the IT architecture. Assist in programming estimates, lead and contribute to technical design, tracking, and resolving technical issues. Monitor the operating efficiency of existing application systems, provide, and arrange for proactive maintenance to keep systems operational. Maintain awareness of projects or changes to other systems that may affect applications/systems, and ensure there is no degradation of service
Requirements: Employer will accept Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, or related technical field, followed by 10 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in job offered or 10 years of progressive, post-baccalaureate work experience in a related occupation.
