ENGIE are recruiting for a Work Scheduler to join a new contract team on RAF Mildenhall. This is a full-time, temporary role working 40 hours per week for a fixed-term of 11 months. On offer is a competitive industry salary and high-quality benefits package.
The scheduler's primary role will be coordination with engineers and sub-contractors to schedule and distribute work loads.

General Overview:
This role will form an essential part of the operational team and will be client forward-facing, the candidate will need to have excellent communication skills to ensure all operational and contractual obligations are adhered to mitigate risk to ENGIE.

Main Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Schedule raised reactive and PPM works
  • Communicate with engineers and sub-contractors
  • Raise reactive work order jobs as back up
  • Raise sub-contractor and supplier purchase orders as back up
  • Assist existing administration to program and collate monthly report data
  • Clear communication of the company vision and objectives ensuring the implementation of new procedures
