Our team ensures all aspects of technical, content, governance, and reporting of key digital platforms are operating effectively - supporting Baker Hughes business and brand objectives.

Partner with the best

As a Digital Operations Leader, you will lead and grow Baker Hughes' digital marketing operations capabilities across, marketing operations and automation, web and marketing management platforms, demand generation, and campaign/performance management

You will be responsible for:

  • Developing digital operations strategy to optimize our ability to acquire, engage, convert and maximize investments across our core platforms including bakerhughes.com and our marketing technology stack.
  • Owning and implementing the full project plan and project management responsibilities for bakerhughes.com
  • Managing 3-4 external vendor teams for the execution of Design/UX, Technical Development, SEO/Analytics,
  • Leading a team to develop digital campaign operations and manage critical platforms to advance company strategic priorities, with a focus on performance management
  • Managing platforms, governance, and processes, working with our digital technology and commercial functions to ensure a strong HQ COE
  • Developing KPI dashboards, analytics and reporting structures to ensure internal clients and stakeholders benefit from insights and deliver ROI for marketing activity.
  • Collaborating with across functions to build marketing processes and systems to drive effective lead management and the overall digital customer experience
  • Developing internal training and capability building for demand generation activity to increase adoption, provide governance and improve outcomes for marketing
  • Leading a team of web platform managers and marketing operations to integrate technology and campaign capabilities across programs and practices.
  • Building a high-performing team to transform digital marketing operations across the enterprise

 


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will have:

 

 

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Previous leadership experience (people and projects)
  • 5+ years' experience in digital marketing, web management in a Fortune 150 company
  • Be proficient in marketing technology (workflow development, Marketo, Salesforce CRM, Kapost, and data visualization software Tableau)
  • Strong skills to convey complicated concepts in innovative ways
  • Strong presentation skills, and expert use of PowerPoint and design
  • Effective project management skills including the capability to define goals, develops plans and progress/success measurement
  • Strong commercial acumen

 


Desired Characteristics:

 

 

 

  • Experience in marketing automation, performance marketing, holding a related role for a B2B organization / Fortune 150 company
  • Experience with Drupal and CMS management
  • Able to deliver as part of a matrixed team, seasoned professional, who knows how to show and communicate the effectiveness of the work.
  • Enjoys getting in the weeds to solve and iron out challenging, and even tedious problems, but knows how to communicate simply, and take meaningful steps to deliver results
  • Be deeply knowledgeable in all aspects of website management, demand generation, campaign management, paid media, search, and audience development.
  • Hands-on, natural leadership and the demeanor, business maturity, intellect and integrity required to establish credibility with partners and business leaders
  • Execution oriented with a collaborative mind-set
