Partner with the best

As a Japan Sales Manager, you are responsible to cover sales activities or engagement in respective sectors. You will liaise or manage various clientele for Baker Hughes in Japan. You will experience selling innovative products across the energy sector globally

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:
  • Formulating and executing proposal strategy and sales agreements, deal structure, pricing, proposal development and assisting in customer negotiations.
  • Identifying new opportunities with functional partners to develop new products and services for business growth and utilizing Lean Six Sigma methodologies to improve proposal process.
  • Handling products and systems which requires technical knowledge. Contributing to frameworks for prices and conditions.
  • Identifying and prioritizing critical resources needed to further the sales effort, negotiating with all client and internal stakeholders.
  • Identifying market trends via data analysis and makes strategic recommendations as appropriate.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Bachelor's Degree in business, science, engineering, technology or related discipline.
  • Have experience in software sales, value selling, or strategic planning for the industry such as O&G, Power, Steel, Paper/Pulp.
  • Have good command in English and Japanese Language at business level
  • Have Vibration analysis knowledge.
  • Have proven track record of sales success, achievement and enterprise account management.
