ENGIE are recruiting for a Fabric Building Manager to be based within Hard Services at Sizewell B Power Station in Suffolk. This is a permanent, full time role, working 37.5 hours a week. On offer is a competitive salary and company benefits package.
The BFM Manager is Responsible for the operational, financial, commercial, programme and communication activity for the Building Fabrics and Painting team on the EDF Energy contract at Sizewell Power Station. In addition, ensuring that the contract delivers Engie performance in line with EDF Energy requirements, health safety & environmental statutory compliance, quality, specific site performance objectives, financial budgets and a pro-active service to the client.
The BFM & Paintings Teams are part of the hard services team and are an integral part to the contract where standards must be maintained in order to fulfil our obligations. The work environment is highly regulated and controlled.

About you:
  • Must be able to take the lead in running programmes of work and refurbishment programmes on site.
  • Good financial acumen with understanding of budget control
  • Ability to lead a team and communicate across all levels working within performance management systems.
  • Experience of developing operational teams, focused on service delivery.
  • Flexible approach to work and ability to work under own initiative.
  • Sound understanding of H&S, Environment and QA procedures.
  • Must understand planning and resource profiling.
  • IT literate with knowledge of Microsoft applications and other information management systems.
  • A Building Maintenance or Painting /Coatings back-ground is preferable
  • Maximo experience preferable
You will have to be vetted and obtain CTC clearance.
