- Follow all applicable Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations
- Performing all duties with a focus on safety, environmental protection and regulatory compliance
- Performing and providing technical support for installation, calibration, repairs, maintenance, and troubleshooting of instrument and electrical equipment
- Performing planned maintenance checks and calibration and timely submits appropriate reports
- Building and responding to SAP notifications and process work orders
- Maintaining current and accurate documentation of maintenance activities
- Maintaining technical and administrative records, including prints and project reports
- Minimizing downtime and unsafe conditions by performing preventative and predictive maintenance
- Initiating Management of Change requests for proposed changes to equipment, instrumentation and programs
Skills / Qualifications - Experienced level, typically 5-7 years of experience as an I&E Technician
- Intermediate level of technical knowledge and training to maintain instrument and electrical equipment
- Knowledge reading and understanding electrical drawings (i.e., P&ID's, C&E's)
- Basic knowledge with low and medium voltage circuits
- SCADA and Telecom experience
- Programmable logic controller (PLC) programming experience
- Experience with Fisher ROC and Allen Bradley products, (i.e., PLC's, HMI's, drives, etc.)
- 5/2 schedule
