In the Middle East, our urban development team are helping our clients turn creative ideas and solutions into reality. In particular, within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, our team of professionals on the ground are pushing the development agenda with newly created opportunities in areas such as smart cities, affordable housing, tourism and clean energy.

With increased appetite from our clients, we are looking strengthen our urban development team with a Wet Services Lead to provide coordination and direction on large infrastructure projects covering wet utility design across drainage, storm water and foul water.

Drawing upon your previous design experience you will be able to easily allocate the appropriate effort and resources needed to produce concept, preliminary, and detailed design deliverables whilst managing quality control of the outputs. You will contribute to overall project coordination and provide guidance to multidisciplinary design teams.

You will be expected to prepare technical memorandum, reports and be capable of presenting to clients. You will also support business development activity by providing technical input.


As a successful applicant you will be degree qualified in civil engineering and come with sound experience in design for wet services on major infrastructure projects, ideally within KSA. You will have already delivered similar design management/coordination activities on master planned developments covering drainage, storm and foul water.
