Our Architectural, Interior and Building System solutions supports all aspects of specialty consulting to include asset management, economics, business development and scientific advancement for our government, commercial, institutional and industrial clients, across diverse markets and services.

We are seeking expressions of interest for Senior Design Managers to help Project Manager a large scale mixed use development in which we are currently at bidding stage. You will be based from our Riyadh office working full time and will be covering the following tasks: -
  • Leading ongoing adoption and effective implementation of state-of-the-art technologies for design, procurement, and construction activities
  • Successfully managing clients and other significant internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leading Project Managers for the review and validation of design deliverables for projects of medium to high complexity with clients and authorities, capturing feedback and obtaining approvals, as needed
  • Supporting Project Managers in developing, reviewing and updating work programs and man-hour estimates and in managing changes in project scope, schedule or budgets, as needed
  • Identifying process improvements and be at the forefront of new and innovative working methods improving delivery productivity and client experience
  • Developing and agreeing job work packages, budget and progress monitoring with other team leaders
  • Leading and chairing technical coordination meetings and interdisciplinary checks with project team
  • Implementing SID "Safety in Design" principals throughout the design process.
  • Implementing and monitoring ISO 9001 Quality Assurance Structure throughout projects
  • Ability to support project team in obtaining local authority approvals


Qualifications:

As a successful candidate you will already successful delivered and project managed a large scale development from concept through to construction which would have covered some of the following; residential, commercial, hospitality, medical, leisure, education and high-rise developments. Delivery experience within the Middle East is essential and Saudi Arabia is preferable.

You will come with a proven track record of delivering multidisciplinary design projects, on time and within budget, in a variety of industries and have experience in preparing design briefs, fee proposals and negotiating contracts with both subcontractors / sub consultants.

You will have a bachelor's qualification with relevant Architectural, Built Environment degree. PMI or APM certification and ideally be a RIBA chartered member or LEED Certified
