Partner with the best

Working in a maintenance environment and reporting to the Plant Maintenance Team Leader. You will provide a multi-skilled technical service with the minimum of supervision to all departments in respect of a variety of technical equipment, and services covering breakdown repairs, planned maintenance and installation.

As an Maintenance Engineer, you will be responsible for:

  • Undertaking proactive and reactive work issues through our Agility helpdesk within set time frames so that production expectations are met.
  • Recognizing company requirements, health & safety and production needs at all times.
  • Ensuring equipment and surrounding areas conform to agreed company standards and operates to specified performance criteria.
  • Providing a professional service and represent the department in a way that promotes a professional two way relationship.
  • Evaluating performance and ensure the proper servicing and maintenance of equipment is carried out in appropriate time frames.
  • Ensuring that administration requirements are actioned on time and all necessary documents/records are maintained accurately.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

 

  • Have completed a timed served apprenticeship in an engineering subject,
  • Have a qualification to NVQ level 3 or equivalent and have completed an ONC/HNC in mechanical/electrical engineering.
  • Have a previous background in a maintenance environment.
  • Have a good working knowledge and experience in electrical, electronic mechanical engineering and F-Gas
  • Have experience with Temperature chambers/Ovens with Co2, liquid Nitrogen F-Gas and vacuum systems, Electro Beam and laser welders, laser marking, PLC's would be an advantage.
