At Jacobs, we do not settle - always looking beyond to raise the bar and deliver with excellence. We apply our expertise and knowledge as we look into the future with great optimism and focus. We don't settle until we give our best and know that we're making a difference.
As a Tool Install Electrical Engineer, you will work on projects that enable the heart of our clients' manufacturing. You and the other members of your team will work closely with client owners in a fast paced, dynamic environment to establish design requirements and produce construction documents for the installation of complex manufacturing tools. Responsibilities include design oversight for power and grounding facility services, low voltage communications and monitoring, and interconnect cabling and pathways for large tools in some of the most complex, densely packed industrial facilities on the planet. Design will also occasionally include retrofit of existing building systems to accommodate tool installation. You will oversee designer work, provide team technical training, quality check designs and assist directly with the more complex portions of the design process. You will have PE stamping responsibility and be in responsible charge of the designs. You will also interact directly with client and contractors to assist construction on site. If you're up for the challenge, we've been looking for someone just like you. Join our team and help us lay the foundation for human progress.
Bring your curiosity, talent for multi-tasking and collaboration, and extreme organizational skills and we'll help you grow, pursue and fulfill what drives you - so we can make big impacts on the world, together.
