Partner with the best

As Health, Safety and Environment (HSE) Specialist for the Digital Solutions product line, you will be responsible for:

  • Support HSE at the Minden Facility for this product line, including implementation of the development of strategy and tactics to meet business HSE expectations through programs, risk mitigation projects, communication, and training.
  • Implement HSE priorities, metrics, goals, and requirements to complete the integration process and operational ownership of EHS
  • Introduce and firmly establish programs, tools, and training to ensure compliance with legal requirements, implementation of Baker Hughes HSE Management System (MS).
  • Communicate to meet expectations with continuous performance improvement
  • Continuously evaluate program effectiveness and implement strategies and tactics to meet business expectations
  • Coordinate/Conduct compliance audits/reviews of site work areas and coach personnel on identified improvement opportunities and closure of findings/recommendations
  • Provide leadership and guidance in driving for excellence certification, including introduction or maintenance of OSHA VPP, ISO14001, OSHAS 18001 or ISO 45001 programs
  • Coordinate/collaborate with other functional leaders and people leaders ensuring expeditious and sustainable program implementation with continuous improvement
  • Liaise with internal and external HSE professionals and regulators and ensure audit protection privilege is instituted where & when appropriate
  • Provide technical expertise and compliance support to HSE professionals, ensure compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and practices, and assist in responding to significant incidents and government requests/notices
  • Engage/Coach colleagues enabling them to successfully discharge their HSE leadership responsibilities


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Bachelor of Science in Environmental Sciences, Occupational Health & Safety, or related field
  • 1+ years of HSE experience
  • Professional experience with an understanding of Health and Safety Regulations

  • Working hours - 10:00 am - 6:00 pm with some possible flexibility will discuss during a formal interview. The occasional weekend as needed and on- call 24/7
