Job Title	Engineering Manager
Location	Metairie, LA

The Engineering Manager will conduct and lead all the activities from the engineering work team to design and test products, components and systems.

Duties:

• Lead the department on the design, creation and modification of products, as well as proposing new product development techniques
• Project planification using innovative resources, trends and market demand.
• Prepare a yearly budget plan and department's operating costs
• Supervise the compliance of the company's safety and regulatory policies throughout the department
• Work with management team to advise the best decision towards personnel, investment, schedule, profit and operating costs

Qualifications:

• Must have a bachelor's degree
• Must have 5+ years of experience
• Able to obtain U.S. Security Clearance
• Demonstrate leadership and team motivational skills
• Able to travel for client visits
