Instrumentation & Control Systems Engineer
Duration: 12 months renewable
Location: Den Haag, Netherlands

Leap29 are currently seeking an experienced Senior or Lead Instrumentation & Control System Engineer to be based in the Netherlands for a long-term contract for a Petrochemical project.

•Experience focused on DCS & ESD systems,
•Knowledge on related systems,
•Compliance with IEC61508/11,
•Development of control strategies- FEED & execute phase experience,
•Participation in P&ID development,
•Writing control systems, requisitions TBA's and PO placement,
•Collaborate with project team, client and vendors,
•Understanding in budget control, schedule milestone and change control.

•10+ years' experience in the areas of ICS field instrument engineering and control systems engineering,
•Experience in Oil & Gas industry, Petrochemical,
•Prior Netherlands project experience required,
•Clear communication in English, both written and verbal. Dutch language skills are preferred,
•Bachelor level within Electrical, Instrumentation, Control, Automation engineering,
•Practical experience with engineering software tools,
•Already demonstrated senior/ leadership skills in demarcated tasks,
•Deliver work on a high-quality standard,
•Experience with Instrument databases,
•Experience in Engineering, FAT, installation, SAT commissioning of control systems.
