Our growing team develops industry leading applications for field development planning and well construction. We collaborate with cross-functional teams and experts to shape innovative products which are utilized by customers for hydrocarbon production and new projects for CO2 and hydrogen underground storage and geothermal well drilling.

Partner with the best

As the Product Owner you are member of the Scrum team that is ultimately responsible for defining user stories, prioritizing the team backlog to maximize the value the Development Team delivers. You have a significant role in quality control and you are the only team member empowered to accept user stories as done.

As a Product Owner, you will be responsible for:

  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to translate the product vision into strategy and roadmap.
  • Working with stakeholders to translate the roadmap into the Product Backlog, ensuring it is visible, understood and transparent for all.
  • Prioritizing the Product Backlog, such that we maximize value and minimize risk and cost.
  • Participate in the scrum rituals, and accept Product Backlog Items.
  • Maintain a technical roadmap, to ensure the product remains maintainable and extensible.
  • Ensuring with the team that we continuously improve.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:

 

  • Have a Master's degree or combination of relevant education and experience
  • Be a Certified Product Owner
  • Have several years of experience in a product development environment, as developer or tester
  • Have some years of experience as a Product Owner
