Job Summary:

  • This job role will oversee the development of the team and guarantee the quality of the company's products through leadership and managerial skills. The selected candidate will be responsible for effective communication and engagement with the project team and clients, as well as to conduct an innovative and creative drainage analysis/design process to ensure a quality plan for each project.


  • Create a draft of the project, work scopes and estimates for contracts based on the initial agreement.
  • Train, mentor and provide technical support to the team.
  • Conduct hydraulic and hydrologic studies for private/public civil construction development projects.
  • Formulate drainage report projects for private and public sector
  • Create and manage LOMR-F, LOMR and CLOMR FEMA applications.
  • Oversee an effective communication and coordination of project tasks, schedules and budgets.


  • Must have a bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited college or university
  • Must be a Licensed Professional Engineer (P.E.) in the state of Texas
  • Must have at least +3 years (PM), +5 years (Sr. PM) experience in hydrologic and hydraulic analyses for design projects
  • Must have knowledge in HEC-RAS steady and unsteady state modeling and HEC-RAS 1D/2D modeling
  • Must have knowledge in EPA and/or XP SWMM modeling
  • Must have knowledge in HEC-HMS modeling
  • Experience with ArcMap (GIS) a plus
  • Must have experience conducting analysis according to Harris County, City of Houston, and Harris County Flood Control District standards.
  • Must have experience with the FEMA, LOMR-F, CLOMR, and LOMR submittal process
  • Must have experience in master drainage plans for land development projects
