Job Summary:
- This job role will oversee the verification and analysis of paper to electronic chart transfer of a craft fleet, as well as manage vessels' maintenance and performance projects.
Duties:
- Supervise a safe paper chart to digital transfer as per OCIMF/SIRE guidelines by analyzing SMS plan and operations
- Guarantee electronic navigation's best practice and inspect vessel operations onboard with electronic chart in compliance with operations manual
- Guarantee accuracy of electronic navigation chart transfers and workflows with OCIMF guidelines
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 3 years of experience as an electronic navigational chart expert
- Must have at least 3 years of experience in vessel navigation charts
- Must be an expert in operations manual review of electronic chart operations
