As a Lean & Digital Solutions Designer, you'll be responsible for leading designing, development and deployment of solutions aimed to reduce cycle and bring efficiency and productivity improvements leading to lower costs and increased capacity. You will also be responsible for the development and the execution of key work streams in multiple areas of TPS organization.

As a Lean & Digital Solutions Designer, you will be responsible for:
  • Coordinating execution and delivery of specific work streams with an important focus on applying Lean to the Operations processes.
  • Leveraging on Lean to redesign critical processes, screening needs with stakeholders, assess business benefits, develop and rollout final products.
  • Building and maintaining a detailed workstream planning, monitoring execution with adequate KPIs, and report to upper management on execution status.
  • Securing process consistency leveraging contemporary IT capabilities.
  • Performing business analysis and quantifying decisions through the utilization of data.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a Master's Degree in STEM disciplines
  • Show your Digital Dexterity being passionate for data analysis and analytics, confident with platforms, such as PowerBI and Tablea. Strongly interested in RPA/ML/AI and has some experience with their application.
  • Be able to troubleshoot SQL statements, develop in Python/R, and understand basics of full stack webservices (AWS), develop in Arena simulation software
  • Show knowledge of the basics of the TPS philosophy, proficient in the main methodologies, Hoshin Kanri, VSM, Kaizen, 5S. Uderstand 6s basics (green belt level)
  • Show understanding of the principles of Agile development and main tools (scrum, sprint, testing)
  • Be able to communicate in simple concepts, complex algorithm and analytic approaches, to highlight take away info for executives.
  • Be a good communicator and be fluent in English
