Desired Characteristics:

The AMO technician - electronic will handle electronic device issues in the field so must get a clear communication skill. It must prioritize the teamwork, ensuring the right application of leaders' instructions, complying with released procedures. Organization, proactivity, capacity of keep calm in front of adverse situations are desirable.
