Our team partners with the business to provide reporting insight and to continuously improve our processes and performance.

Partner with the best

As part of Human Capital and Technology team, you will work with multiple stakeholders across the HR, Sourcing and Finance organizations. You will manage all activities associated to HR vendors. You will play vital role to deliver all tasks in an efficient and timely manner ensuring compliance with company policy, procedures and country legislation.

As an HR Vendor Management Analyst, you will be responsible for:
  • Supporting and collaborating with internal, cross-functional teams and stakeholders in transition of work linked to manage HR vendors
  • Developing and maintaining process and procedures related to HR Vendors management with Design Thinking and LEAN mentality
  • Identifying gaps and making necessary changes ensuring best services provided with process standardization and rationalization according to the standard operating model
  • Managing all activities associated to HR vendors including financial accruals, PO creation, invoice validation and monitoring to invoice rebilling
  • Being responsible for all activities associated to HR vendors deliver in an efficient and timely manner
  • Ensuring compliance with company policy, procedures and country legislation and meet stakeholders' expectation

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have experience in HR, Finance and/or Sourcing and/or equivalent education from an accredited university or college
  • Demonstrate understanding of company Sourcing and Finance procedures and systems
  • Demonstrate working professional in oral and written communication in English and/or Arabic
  • Be able to show a good knowledge of HR policies, processes and tools
  • Demonstrate the ability of Design Thinking and LEAN Mentality
  • Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills along with interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Display a good customer service-orientation mindset and the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams
