Key Responsibilities include:
• Responsible for safety of site personnel; ensuring that personnel comply with established safety policies and procedures, and responsibility for providing a safe working environment
• Management & monitoring of construction works and contractor performance
• Maximizing construction productivity and maintaining schedule
• Reviewing & development of Risk Assessments & Method Statements
• Development of contingency and recovery plans as required.
• Stakeholder management - progress reporting & deconfliction
• Provide input on constructability assessments and construction planning.
• Ensure delivery compliance within the site licence conditions
• Maintaining daily site diary
• Identifies and manages site risk through mitigation strategies
• Management and Co-ordination of logistics to enable on time delivery of the works
• Prepares daily and weekly construction project management reports to cover site activities
• Contributes to the development of completions/QC planning and execution.
• Manages and reviews the quality of installation to meet with specifications and drawings
• Generates QA inspections reports and records


• SC Clearance
• Experience as Principal Contractor
• Construction & supply chain management experience
• Demolition experience
• Heavy RC civils experience including re-bar checking
• Strong communication skills
• Good foundation of H&S Training
• HNC - Engineering or Construction
