Responsible for growing share of wallet at an existing portfolio of accounts. Calls end user accounts at the national account level. Works with Inside Sales to assist with account activation. Develops value-based account plans for all key accounts. Delivers value through products and services. Implements the Challenger Sales process with all customers. Identifies key lubricant, coolant and service issues and other relevant needs. Estimates opportunity with cost benefit analysis using value based selling tools. Conducts research, evaluates potential product options and selects the right products and services based on the customer's needs. Develops sales presentations, negotiates offer details, presents offer, closes the sale, and revises proposal, pricing and contract, as needed. Works seamlessly with Industrial Specialists and Lubrication Specialists to illustrate further value to multiple levels within the customer organization. Role is home-office based

• 4-year post-secondary degree required, preferred chemical engineer
• Bilingual fluency in both English and French
• Proven strong business acumen and business strategy knowledge
• Demonstrated industry expertise in customers' fields
• Track record of building strong customer relationships
• Proven ability to differentiate support levels based on customer needs
• Record of leveraging the organization to pull in additional resources where necessary
• Excellent communication skills
• Significant travel 60% of the time in the Province of Quebec
