As Teamlead Manufacturing Engineering, you will be leading and developing a team to produce high-quality products. You will ensure the systems we create meet customer requirements, specifications and are of an exceptional standard. You will have the opportunity to identify and implement improvements to make a difference to our business.

As a Teamlead Manufacturing Engineering, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing professional the manufacturing engineering team
  • Consulting in the areas of engineering, production and sourcing regarding the introduction and optimization of assembly processes and technologies
  • Developing and evaluating concepts for prototype and series production as well as their implementation
  • Planning of production layout and material flow including the associated workplace design
  • Planning and implementation of investments (in time, in scope, in budget)
  • Transferring of technology and production to other Locations


Fuel your Passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have completed studies in the field of mechatronics, mechanical or electrical engineering or a comparable subject
  • Have proven experience in the development of complex electrical and mechanical systems, ideally in an industrial environment
  • Have in-depth professional experience in work planning for complex products/capital goods in an industrial environment
  • Have a good technical aptitude and a solid economic understanding
  • Demonstrate substantial experience in assembly of industrial engineering equipment and Lean Manufacturing, experience in automation technology is an advantage
  • Have good knowledge of a variety of standard software tools and ERP-system (preferably SAP)
  • Enjoy leading a team and demonstrate success in creating structures and processes within a growing team
  • Be able to speak fluent German and English and demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
