Global Solutions combines various processes ranging from global transformation delivery, project and program portfolio management, change management, template, business process management, automation center of excellence, global data management and others.
Join & lead our Automation Team and advance your career as an Automation CoE Lead!

In this role You will:
  • Be single point of contact for automation opportunities within GBS
  • Work together with the PMO to plan, maintain automation demand and forecasts
  • Manage the workload and performance of your team
  • Continuously build & improve processes
  • Ensure business cases are in place against identified automation opportunities
  • Ensure the accurate documentation of businesses requirements
  • Ensure that EAM process maps are accurate
  • Be cognizant of strategic system, people or process related initiatives
  • Understand controls impacts associated with any process re-engineering
  • Be aware of business change (impacting people/transitions, process and technology)
  • Forge and maintain effective relationships with all stakeholders
We have the following requirements:
  • Experience of managing teams (virtual teams is a plus)
  • Bachelor's degree
  • ACP or PMP certification
  • Min 5 years' experience of Finance, Customer Service, Procurement or BPO transformation
  • Extensive PM experience and track record of bottom line delivery, particularly through technology solutions
  • Deep understanding of PMO processes
  • High degree of personal impact, with excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Deep knowledge in Agile and Scrum
