Key Responsibilities include:

To lead and develop CS&A capability across NDA estates. To provide best in class support to our clients and assist in the development and growth of our existing portfolio of work through to include new business and contracts.

Essential

Minimum requirement of 15 years engineering experience working within a highly regulated industry, 10 of which should have ideally been gained within the nuclear industry.

Fully conversant with UK Statutory Regulations and industry design guides and standards relating to this discipline. It would also be an advantage to be familiar with the relevant Sellafield Limited Design Standards.

Chartered or approaching chartered status.
• Ability to lead in a virtual team environment
• Capable of managing own work and the work of others
• Conversant with Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Relevant discipline experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Minimum HND in a technical or project management discipline
• Working knowledge of NEC3 PSC or ECC contracts

Qualifications:

Desirable
• Knowledge of SL project management systems
• Professional Qualification and Memberships
• Nuclear engineering project experience.
• Sellafield gated process for projects and other Sellafield Limited applicable procedures and manuals
• SC Cleared
