ENGIE are recruiting for a Mobile Cleaning Assistant to be at Various Locations - Based from Normanton Depot WF62XA.This is a 12 months temporary part-time role working 16 hours per week. The work will be averaged over the week and will be used to cover absences. Early morning and Afternoon availability is required. On offer is a competitive salary, and benefits package.

Main Responsibilities/Duties Include:

  • Mobile Cleaning Assistants are responsible for operating cleaning equipment and using the materials that they have been trained to use in accordance with Health and Safety requirements.
  • Mobile Cleaning Assistants are allocated to schools within the Wakefield area; where there is a need for cover due to absences. The majority of schools have small teams of cleaners working together as a unit. The role demands an ability to work as part of a team, demonstrate a positive attitude and to deliver an excellent customer service.


Required Qualifications, Skills or Experience:




  • Previous experience of delivering cleaning services would be desirable but not essential
  • Demonstrate health and safety awareness
  • Customer Service awareness
  • There is a required to complete a DBS Enhanced security check
  • Full, clean UK driving licence
