As a Senior Electrical Engineer at Jacobs, you will work with an inhouse multi-disciplinary team of engineers and architects as part of the #1 ranked buildings engineering design firm in the world. You'll be using your design and analysis skills, to plan and design electrical systems for buildings and facilities, including commercial and institutional projects. This will include designing full electrical systems, including power, lighting, fire alarm, signaling systems and associated controls. You'll lead meetings and communicate with clients to establish their needs and discuss design issues with them; as well as manage the quality of work and interface with clients.
You'll also have the chance to utilize your technical expertise to mentor other professionals, helping your team discover what drives them, nurturing their purpose and guiding them forward as well as interfacing with clients in managing the quality of work.

IdeallyYou'll Also Have:
- Bachelor's Degree in electrical engineering (BSEE) or Architectural Engineering (BSAE) required
- 8+ years working for a MEP or AE firm required
- Proficient in Revit, 3D CADD required
- Knowledge of electrical software; SKM, ETAP, AGI 32 required
- Experience working on military bases, federal buildings, airports, laboratories, health care facilities, and data center projects preferred
- Prior experience working on data center, power, VPS systems, generator systems and medium voltage distribution projects
