We are looking for a driven and curious Plumbing Design Lead to provide leadership and support our Built Environment team.

As a Plumbing Design Lead of our Philadelphia, PA office, you'll get to continue to utilize your skills while maintaining design standards and guidelines for the department, evaluate new design and analysis software and tools for implantation. Join our collaborative team providing our clients with award-winning planning, engineering, architectural design, construction management, and design-build project delivery members designing state of the art s tructures.

You'll also have the chance to provide leadership and supervision for a large team of plumbing designers, checkers, and drafters establishing and monitoring project standards and procedures, training and developing your team, and building and maintaining team morale to meet engineering deliverables. Related experience in plumbing and process piping system design for built environments at a similar type of firm.

Recent experience leading a team of designers and engineers to meet project schedules

Knowledgeable in LEED requirements, and model building codes, as they relate to design and layout of plumbing systems

Experience with CADD/BIM software (AutoCAD, MicroStation, REVIT)

Ideally, You'll also have:

Experience in design of laboratory, mission critical, and /or corporate office market sectors
