Electrical Engineer The Electrical Engineer will be responsible for design, load calculations, Title 24 modeling, studies, energy audits, facilities condition assessments, and construction administration. Work will also include the preparation of contract plans and specifications, cost estimates, technical reports/studies, proposals, and meetings. Requires an ability to work on projects from concept stage through construction.
Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering is required. A minimum of 3 years' experience in building design of institutional, educational, healthcare, public, and private development is required. Proficiency in AutoCAD is required. Proficiency in REVIT is preferred. Professional engineering registration is preferred.
Must have the ability to work independently, as well as with a team. Ability to communicate in a clear, open style is also necessary.
