About the role
Primary role will be providing customers complete service solutions to address their critical rotating machinery assets, protection, and monitoring system using Bently Nevada ADRE®, Scout/vBx and/or System 1® equipment. This will include installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining Bently Nevada Machinery Protection and Monitoring system hardware and software.Responsibilities
- Main contact for some of the Service Contracts in Peru
- Perform installations, commissioning, and trouble-shooting of Bently Nevada Hardware and Software Products and Solutions at Bently and customer locations.
- Assure the service is executed in a timely manner and in accordance with the customer's schedule.
- Understand contractual commitments.
- Support Site Leads in the execution of projects.
- Install and Configure Bently Nevada transducers and monitoring systems.
- Identify problems and take the initiative to eliminate those problems for project/service success.
- Update (redline) installation documentation.
- Monitor site safety during site execution.
- Timely completion of standard service reports, invoicing packages, and other administrative requirements.
- Drive customer satisfaction through commitment to quality.
- Support the growth initiatives of the business.
- College Degree preferably in electrical or mechanical fields
- Minimum of three years' experience preferably working in an operating Petrochem or Power plant.
- ISO CAT I or II Certification in Vibration or equivalent from a recognized training organization
- Strong written and oral communication skills to convey technical concepts to business and technical personnel
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 70% of the time, as required
- Ability and willingness to work overtime, as required
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Spanish and English language
- Self-starter with minimal supervision requirement; able to work independently; ability to prioritize, organize work, and meet deadlines
- Ability to pass a background screening and drug test.

- Ability to transverse around and over industrial piping and equipment.

- Excellent communication and team skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office products

- Project Management Skills
- Strong computer skills; both Hardware and Software, plus MS Office software skills
- Mechanical & Electrical trouble shooting skills. "Hands-on approach"
- Ability to read, interpret, and understand mechanical prints
- Knowledge of rotating machinery operation and controls systems
- Knowledge of machinery protection and management systems.
