Contract Duration: 2 years residential/ renewable

Purpose and responsibilities:

  • Cost Estimator is to assist Manager in cost analysis, budgeting and cost control to ensure the reasonability and effective usage of all the costs
  • Consult with vendors and PICs in other departments to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.
  • Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates.
  • Estimate costs of goods or services
  • Prepare estimates for use in selecting vendors or subcontractors
  • Confer with engineers, contractors and subcontractors on changes and adjustments to cost estimates.
  • Prepare estimates used by management for purposes such as planning, organizing, and scheduling work
  • Estimate costs of goods or services


Requirements:

  • Educational Level: University Graduated Work Experience
  • Minimum 10 years' experience in Cost Estimate in Oil & Gas
  • Specialty/Qualification A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Economics, Business Administration or Accounting
