Job Summary: To assist the Sales and Operations Teams by offering detailed technical sales oriented support to clients

Main Activities & Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to penetrate / grow business opportunities at dedicated clients
  • Sales and technical support focal point for dedicated clients, ensuring regular contact and visits
  • Complete client visit/ contact report on a weekly basis
  • Propose solutions, check and communicate any technical and commercial related issues
  • Assess service delivery requirements for each job with assigned Interwell clients
  • Full engagement and adherence to IFS processes and procedures
  • Preparation of sales quotation in coordination with Sales Manager
  • Prepare invoice estimates post job completion and/ or monthly
  • Coordinate the ordering of equipment to clients' specifications/job requirements,
  • Participates in pre-job and post-job meetings with appropriate service delivery staff, running through the checklists sequentially; including the preparation of any documentation related to these meetings.
  • Provide support to other departments
  • Develop, coordinate and participate in client hospitality plans, in conjunction with management
  • Support marketing activities, both initial sales and after sales promotion, including Client Presentations
  • Maintain an awareness of new product lines, service and development
  • Maintain an awareness of competitor activity and pricing
  • Be updated on customers' plans and strategies
  • Participate in offshore audits, investigation and site visits as required
  • Attend any relevant training to develop knowledge and skills
  • Promote safety and environmental awareness and adhere to relevant procedures and regulations
  • Promote and takes an active part in quality improvement processes, utilizing IFS where appropriate
  • Excellent communication with all onshore and offshore support personnel

QHSSE Responsibilities:

It is mandatory that employee is familiar with and follows the Company`s Policy for Quality, Health, Safety, Security and Environment and takes an active part in compliance and improvement of the Management System to maintain our system in certification. Employee must report any accidents, incidents, near misses, actual or potential problems with products, services or systems to QHSSE and/or Department Manager.

Employee also has legal responsibilities under country-specific health and safety legislation to follow all Company policies, procedures, guidelines, control measures, signage and permit conditions and to know what to do in an emergency. The employee is also responsible for the health, safety and security arrangements of subordinates (if any) and for any persons visiting them while on the Company premises.


  • Academic degree or equivalent technical education / experience
  • Minimum 5 years relevant energy industry experience
  • Extensive knowledge of downhole tools
  • High degree of accuracy with attention to detail
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task in a dynamic environment
  • Service minded
  • Fluent English - oral and written
