As a HR Shared Services - Team Lead, you will manage a group of HR Shared Service - Specialist and providing support to HR related request such as benefits & compensations, general policy queries and related employee life cycle actions.

As a HR Shared Services - Team Lead, you will be responsible for:
  • Managing and directing a team who is responsible for query resolution related to core HR processes, policies and standard operating procedures
  • Leading ongoing process simplification and improvement as well as documentation of procedures, processes, and protocols
  • Maintaining ongoing communication with key stakeholders in Baker Hughes & Customers in order to proactively receive feedback, work on improvements, handle escalations, implement solutions, etc
  • Providing routine reporting on call volumes, queries and tracking team progress and report to the HR Service Delivery Lead, escalating issues as needed
  • Ensuring adherence to risk, compliance and data protection standards across designated process areas
  • Balancing resource allocation to query volume, including analyzing query types and demand / volume to promote efficiency and effectiveness of the process and team resources

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Possess 3 - 5 years HR Shared services or other Team Lead level experience with a Bachelor / Master Degree
  • Possess fundamental HR knowledge, skills and abilities including the practices and procedures related to all areas of employee transactions
  • Have ability to lead, coach, empower, and advise team members and build high-performing teams
  • Have flexibility to operate in a fast paced environment with stringent deadlines and possess good analytical, organizational and multi-tasking skills
  • Have ability to communicate effectively with peers, candidates, HR and managers
  • Have ability to work within a case management system and handle day-to-day workload within the team and be results focused with the ability to manage competing priorities and multiple stakeholders
  • Have ability to influence, tailor communication, customer focused with higher adaptability and change management skills
  • Have either language capability in Russian, Italian or French
