Our client, an Oil and Gas Producer, is currently looking for Training and Logistics Administrator for a 12 month contract.
This position is camp based 14/14 rotation, 12 hour days. Individuals will need to be able to travel to the site transport hub at Lac La Biche or La Corey.
Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance and administrative duties with regards to Access. Onboarding, Orientation in addition to related duties
- Reception duties to all visitors on site including answering telephone calls, inquiries and responding to emails
- Data Entry into Excel and other client systems
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of administrative or reception experience
- Previous oil and gas or site experience is an asset
- Proactive, self starter, great attention to detail
