Job Summary

This role is responsible for managing the flow of work and the equipment between different teams.


  • Manage and review work plans for subcontractors
  • Develop and maintain construction schedules
  • Keep the progress of the subcontractors up to date
  • Oversee the cost estimates documentation such as delays, changes, or difficulties
  • Before preparatory meetings, review work plans with team members
  • Get approval on work plans


  • Must have a Bachelor's Degree (Engineering Degree highly preferred)
  • Have at least 5 years of experience in heavy civil construction or as a project engineer
  • Experience with Scheduling software (i.e. Microsoft Project or Primavera) preferred
