Jacobs is delivering engineering and construction management services on a major infrastructure project on the outskirts of Riyadh that is set to become an oasis in a large urban metropolis, the vision for Wadi Al Safar is already drawing comparisons with Beverley Hills.
This is a truly exceptional project and already home to an important historical and cultural site, the At-Turaif Unesco world heritage site. The development will be an exclusive address, comprised of homes set upon large residential plots, with gated and secure access, and complemented by a golf course and club house, hotels and villas, sports, health and wellbeing, equestrian park, outdoor event areas, mosques and FM facilities. Jacobs' scope includes design and supervision for the integrated infrastructure including associated wadi drainage, public realm, streetscape and hard and soft landscaping up to private plots.

With increased appetite from our clients, we are looking strengthen our urban development team with a Dry Services Lead to provide coordination and direction on large infrastructure projects covering dry utilities.

Drawing upon your previous design experience you will be able to easily allocate the appropriate effort and resources needed to produce concept, preliminary, and detailed design deliverables whilst managing quality control of the outputs. You will contribute to overall project coordination and provide guidance to multidisciplinary design teams.

You will be expected to prepare technical memorandum, reports and be capable of presenting to clients. You will also support business development activity by providing technical input.

About you

As a successful applicant you will be degree qualified in civil engineering and come with sound experience in design for dry services on major infrastructure projects, ideally within KSA. You will have already delivered similar design management/coordination activities on master planned developments.
