Minimum Job Qualifications
Supervise industrial maintenance, including civil and building maintenance, machine tools and equipment, utilities and effluent treatment;
Implement new equipment and layout changes resulting from expansions and modifications in the plant;
Evaluate and decide to hire services or external labor for specific maintenance that require specializations;
Plan corrective and preventive maintenance of equipment, with an emphasis on machine tools, welding and utilities;
Participate in the preparation of specifications for the acquisition of new equipment and services;
Perform assessment, acceptance testing and receipt of machine tools and equipment with suppliers;
Supervise, perform periodic geometric inspection tests to check and adjust the geometric accuracy of machine tools;
Ensure compliance with safety practices and policies, keeping employees in your area trained and aware of the rules practiced in the company to avoid accidents;
Coordinate and control the internal and external maintenance team, contracted or outsourced;
Raise and request the provision of resources for maintenance needs;
Develop, control requests, requisitions and technical maintenance reports
Interact with the purchasing area, selecting quotations, issuing requisitions for the purchase of inputs, services and urging emergency maintenance situations;
Supervise the operation and maintenance of equipment for the treatment of industrial effluents;
Ensure, committed to the supervision of the team as to the organization, cleanliness and good use of the company's assets;
Perform other related tasks, as needed or at the discretion of your superior.
Participate in the Quality System, valuing its policies and keeping it suitable for your work department. To strictly observe the Safety, Health and Environment rules and procedures, according to the programs and training received from the Company.
