The specialist in strategic planning is responsible for guiding the organization's strategies aimed at growing the business, basing decisions with a view to financial growth, production and meeting customer needs, through analysis of current and future scenarios.

Responsible for coordinating and facilitating multifunctional project teams in order to reduce defects and improve the efficiency of processes or products. Identify and control the resources required to successfully execute the improvement projects.

Minimum Job Qualifications
Establish key elements of strategy for implementing initiatives with the objective of promoting new business;
Interface with project management, purchasing, logistics to forecast new demands and production capacity;
Prepare the annual production budget plan, according to sales expectations, aiming at optimizing the capacity of the facilities and other available productive resources;
Analyze load and capacity for future demands;
Perform an S&O analysis in order to support the company's management decisions;
Generate monthly long-term view of the plant's load and capacity;
Perform analysis of proposals for new projects with a view to adjusting the load and capacity of the plant and supplies;
Identify and monitor internal and external factors that may affect business objectives;
Establish strategies and operational plans to guide business objectives;
Create financial and production scenarios to represent forecasts with a range of up to 5 years;
Report improvements to the Planning Manager;
Identify process improvement opportunities for any functional area and validate proposals for process improvements;
Perform coaching with Green Belts;
Promote and support employees at Enterprise Excellence events (3C’s);Guide BPI (Business Process Improvement) and KAIZEN events;
Acting as a facilitator in PIW (Process Improve Workshop), Green Belts and Champions training in Six Sigma;Provide LEAN and Six Sigma training, identifying the necessary resources to carry out these training;
Identify and document projects that are linked to the improvement of Performance Indicators related to the final product and the quality of the products supplied;
Train Six Sigma professionals beginning to carry out their activities; Lead teams in specific jobs;
Participate in the maintenance and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System, in compliance with the organization's Quality Policy;
Ensure the safety of themselves and the team, following the safety procedures of Onesubsea, through the use of safety equipment and avoiding accidents;
