About the opportunity

The Installation Design Engineer will be required to be the project delivery team point of contact for ISP/OSP related aspects and prepare ISP/OSP Scope of Works (SoW) documents.

Responsibilities include:
• Design of Outside Plant
• Design of Inside Plant eg prepare design documentation (floor/building plans ISP)
• Create a design according to the Statement of Requirement (SOR)
• Review design proposal requirements and visit site as appropriate then create the design, gain all necessary approvals from the client before submitting the design.
• Prepare the Scope of Works (SoW) document containing all equipment/product and design specifications for the sub-contractor.
• Liaise with other employees/sub-contractors during the installation phase and ensure any changes to the design are correctly approved and recorded.
• Ensure the test results are acceptable and presented in the approved format.
• Provide support to other project team members as and when required e.g. Configuration Control reporting, Test and Acceptance, etc.
• Verification of 'As-Built' documentation.

About you
• The post-holder will be educated to Bachelor's degree level or higher in a relevant field.
• Capable of onward implementation and support of IPT solutions in accordance with established contractual obligations and organizational procedures (Design Review, Configuration Control and Documentation).
• Prior experience in the Middle East, preferably Saudi Arabia, is required
• Preference will be given to Saudi Arabian nationals
