Senior Integrity Engineer - Esbjerg, Denmark. 6 month contract with scope for extension and renewal.
This role requires constant and consistent identification and engagement with stakeholders. Pro-actively identify change and provide the business with the tools and capabilities to ensure the change impact is understood and correctly embedded, covering people, equipment, processes and systems. Be customer focused and provide a consistent approach across all levels and authorities of the organization in regard to Integrity & Major Risks (Process Safety and Technical Integrity ). A key output of the role is to act as a leader of Major Accidents prevention and to stop any activities that could be or are unsafe. Support the business to set a consistent process safety culture and way of working.
" Prepare and update the affiliate Technical Integrity Strategy
" Update and issue the affiliate Technical Integrity & Major Risks KPIs to communicate the affiliate integrity status and propose annual KPI targets to Managing Director.
" Prepare an accurate, timely and reliable status of Major Integrity Threats to the Leadership team. Publish an annual Integrity & Major Risk (Technical Integrity) status report
" Prepare, and participate, the 2 monthly Technical Integrity Review Team Meetings
" Prepare the 6 monthly Integrity & Major Risk Board (IMRB)
" Prepare the 6 monthly HQ NSR geographical zone (DIG) Major Risks review meetings
" Ensure that the resolution (costs) of Major Integrity Threats are included in the annual budget and Long-Term Plan
" Degree qualified in a relevant engineering discipline (process, mechanical)
" Minimum 12-15 years engineering experience covering operations, engineering and process safety functions
" Proven interpersonal skills to co-ordinate Integrity & Major Risks across all functions
" Good written and verbal communication skills and the ability to present complex technical issues in a clear and concise manner
" Ability to create positive relations to senior management, peers and stakeholders internally and externally
" Fluent in English
Should have a good knowledge and deep understanding of the following areas:
" Offshore hydrocarbon production facilities, their design and operations
" Process Safety and Technical Integrity identification & risk assessment principles and their application
" Process safety and Technical Integrity management principals
" Offshore oil and gas industry process operations and process safety mitigations.
" Clear understanding of process safety and Safety Environmental Critical Elements and their management.
" Health & Safety Review (facility Case for Safety) application
