Quantity Surveyor

Min. Experience- 10 years at Quantity Surveyor level with technical and practical experience in the relevant discipline in the same or similar industry (Oil & Gas).

A recognized BEng (Hons) in Civil Engineering or equivalent

Typical duties:
  • To work as a PMC team member
  • Supports technical/ engineering teams with project requirements
  • Checks, verifies and maintains records of built / site measurements and quantifications for further approval
  • Maintains accurate records to help resolve contractual conflicts and disputed claims with subcontractors
  • Understands and works within strict health, safety and environment legislative requirements and guidelines
  • Carries out site/offshore surveys and review reports
  • Actively participates in and promotes company health and safety campaigns, policies and procedures, and ensures personal safety and that of colleagues at all times
  • Able to identify issues, problems and opportunities, make timely decisions, develop appropriate and innovative solutions and ask for assistance if required.
  • Verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to convey information and ideas to individuals and groups and make presentations when required.
